Niedax France attaches great importance to the processing of Personal Data and is committed to protecting and preserving User privacy whenever Users browse or use its website.

This privacy policy explains how Niedax France ensures an adequate level of protection of Personal Data (i.e., any information relating to natural persons who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly through an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to these natural, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social persons; hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").

This privacy policy complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, and particularly with Articles 6 to 12.

ARTICLE 6: Data collection

Niedax France is responsible for processing Personal Data.

The information requested for Site registration is mandatory and necessary to create the User’s account. The Site may use the User’s email address for service administration, management and development.

The Site guarantees personal data collection and processing that respects privacy in accordance with French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Pursuant to Articles 48 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, rewritten by Order no. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018 applicable on 1 June 2019, Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose the processing of their Personal Data.

ARTICLE 7: Use of Personal Data

Niedax France collects and processes Personal Data based on the User’s use of the Site in order to:

·   help the User establish their quotes

·   inform the User about Niedax France, its products and their customer account

·   assist the User with product configuration

·   answer the User’s questions (through the "Contact" section)

 

ARTICLE 8: Access to Personal Data

Within the scope of the purposes described above, Niedax France gives access to Personal Data to authorised employees of Niedax France to process it for Niedax France. These people are contractually bound to obligations of strict confidentiality.

Niedax France may also transfer or grant access to Personal Data to the following authorised third parties:

·   companies of the Niedax Group in France and within the European Union

·   administrative or judicial authorities, to meet the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request

 

ARTICLE 9: Archiving of Personal Data

We store Personal Data for as long as is required for the purposes for which we originally collected it. Our archiving periods depend on our operational needs, and any information about the User that we no longer need is either irreversibly anonymised or destroyed.

We may also retain Personal Data for longer periods if necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests.

 

ARTICLE 10: Hypertext links

The Site may contain hypertext links. The User is informed that when they click on these links, they will leave www.niedaxfrance.fr. This website has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.
